parts Angel’s Envy® Bourbon Finished in Port Barrels - ¾
part fresh lemon juice - ½
part Aperol® - ½
part pineapple scraps syrup
directions
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
- Double strain over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and umbrella.
