part good quality sweet vermouth - 2
dashes Angostura® bitters - 1
part sparking wine (cava) - 1
part sparkling water -
Lemon peel for finishing garnish
directions
- Build everything into collins or wine glass.
- Add ice.
- Stir.
- Garnish with lemon peel (or orange for more floral, sweet accent).
