parts Angel’s Envy® Bourbon Finished in Port Barrels - ½
part Averna® - ½
part Creme de Cassis - ¼
parts St. Germain® - 3
dashes grapefruit bitters - 1
inch ice cube -
Orange peel
directions
- Mix Angel’s Envy®, Averna, Creme de Cassis, St. Germain & grapefruit bitters.
- Add ice, stir for about 40 rotations to dilute slightly.
- Pour into rocks glass.
- Finish with orange peel.
