Using just 1oz of ANGEL’S ENVY BOURBON FINISHED IN PORT BARRELS and 2oz of MARTINI & ROSSI Rubino Riserva, you can enjoy a Reverse Manhattan cocktail with low ABV. Simply combine with four dashes of Angostura® aromatic bitters to taste, add ice, and strain into a coupe glass.

Low ABV Brown Derby Highball

A perfect marriage of the Highball cocktail and Brown Derby is the Brown Derby Highball. This cocktail is made with only 0.5oz of ANGEL’S ENVY BOURBON FINISHED IN PORT BARRELS, 1oz of honey syrup, 0.5oz of lemon juice, and 4oz of grapefruit soda. The higher quantity of grapefruit soda in the Brown Derby Highball adds more fizz than the classic Brown Derby. The highball glass for the larger volume of liquid enhances the honey aroma.

Low ABV Bourbon Spritz

Served in a large wine glass (without the large alcohol content) a low-ABV Bourbon Spritz consists of 0.5oz ANGEL’S ENVY BOURBON FINISHED IN PORT BARRELS, 2oz MARTINI Fiero, three dashes of orange bitters, 0.25oz simple syrup and 3oz soda water.
